We are confidentially instructed on a very rare opportunity for an experienced UK personal injury lawyer to move to the Caribbean.
This role will involve a range of personal injury and clinical negligence work for an established and growing client base and with defendant and claimant work. There is also the potential to work on a wider range of disputes work. Further details about the role can be discussed on application and at interview.
This position will suit an experienced England and Wales-qualified solicitor or barrister and with good experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence and a stable career record at a rated Chambers or London, national, or regional law firm. Previous offshore experience is not needed. We are seeking someone with a certain level of technical experience and client experience who is able to work independently where needed, with the support of other lawyers at the firm as needed. You are likely to have between 8 and 15 years' PQE, although we will consider applicants outside of this level.
Advocacy experience will be valued. Whilst there is sufficient work to be given, applicants should have an enthusiasm for business development and an ability to build and to promote their practice.
