The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, youll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and make a real impact within a thriving sector. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction, trades, and labour industry. Managing job adverts and candidate applications. Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement. Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications. Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management. Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process. What Were Looking For: A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided. A good understanding of the construction, trades, and labour sector is a bonus.
