ROLE: Credit Controller LOCATION: Swanley SALARY: £25k - £30k equivalent THE COMPANY This company who provide services to the construction industry are looking for a temporary Credit Controller to cover someone who is leaving and look into some historical accounts. This role will likely last until the end of January 2025. THE JOB Processing sales invoices - Sage entry Sales and purchase ledger (including credit cards and expenses) Process purchase orders Process overtime, expenses and journey log sheets Credit control General accounts tasks Transport administration Various admin duties including but not limited to answering the telephones, diary bookings, report logging, filing, organising hotels and more WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
