As part of our expansion plans, we have opened a collection of new stores within Bournemouth. To support us in helping our customers celebrate their own life moments, we are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join our very successful cardfactory family in Boscombe, Bournemouth.
Store Location: Christchurch Road, Boscombe.
Hours available: 4 hour weekend contract. Possible more hours during busy times.
Role Responsibility
1. Ensuring customers feel welcomed, wowed, and won over, leaving having had a great in-store experience.
2. Engaging with customers and making recommendations on complimentary products, ensuring all sales are processed efficiently and accurately.
3. Merchandising and replenishing products across the shop floor (may include working outside the store’s normal opening hours).
4. Unloading and unpacking deliveries.
5. Working as a team to deliver the best customer experience while supporting one another and having fun along the way.
The Ideal Candidate
Retail experience is not essential. We’re looking for friendly and approachable people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires someone who can work at pace whilst multitasking and embracing change. We want to support a work/life balance; therefore, don’t worry if you’re not available all hours of the day – tell us when you’re available to work and across which locations.
Package Description
We are looking for energetic, bubbly individuals to join our team at Boscombe who are willing to interact with customers and team members. You will need to be hard-working and customer-focused. Flexibility to work during the week as well as weekends would be an advantage but not essential.
