Job Title: Warranty Administrator Company Overview: We are the market leading design, installation, and maintenance provider for commercial kitchens in the UK hospitality and food service industry. We work alongside clients from the initial designs through to bespoke fabrication and installation. Coupled with the largest body of professional maintenance engineers in the country, we offer the complete end to end solution to our extensive client base. We have long-standing relationships with many of the biggest multi-site brands in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
* Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
* Managing spreadsheets and running reports
* Communicating with clients
* Invoicing
* Producing customer quotations
* Achieving targets set by upper management
Key skills required:
* Excellent Customer Service skills essential
* The ability to prioritise workload
* Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
* Experience in using a PC.
Details:
* Monday to Friday, working 8.30am - 5pm.
* Full-time, Permanent
* £23,795.20 per year
