Job Description
A global engineering solutions provider are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join their team based in the West Midlands. The position is being offered as a hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day from home a week. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential for something more longer term, down the line.
As a brief summary of the role, you would be:
* Identifying, documenting and managing customer expectations
* Developing and maintaining customer engagement at various levels
* Organising and conducting frequent program status reviews, team meetings with customers and internally to ensure programme execution
* Driving performance to plan and achieve schedule, delivery and financial commitments
* Leading programme risks and issues; create, maintain and deliver action plans to closure
* Aligning sector sales objectives and contractual requirements with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
