Position: Tax Administrator Location: Belfast (Office-based) Key Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in taxation or accounting. Familiarity with accounting software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Role Overview: The successful candidate will support the tax department by handling administrative tax duties, including personal and partnership tax returns, VAT submissions, and general tax-related administration. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and efficiency while assisting in maintaining smooth departmental operations. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to broader office tasks when required. Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation and completion of tax returns and VAT documentation. Supporting the tax team with various administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency. Ensuring all work meets high accuracy and quality standards. Collaborating across different departments when necessary to support the wider team. Undertaking occasional one-off assignments as directed by senior team members.
