This role is hybrid or fully remote - we are looking for the right person to fit in with the team so as long as you are in the UK location isn't a big issue for us. The role is an 'internal' role with no customer visits required.
EMT is a family-run business in the healthcare sector, delivering dispensing consumables to pharmacies across the UK. We have built long-term relationships, built on our heritage, delivering excellence and having a friendly service-focused attitude.
Your role is to expand the company's market share by re-engaging with customers and attracting new customers.
Responsibilities
1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engage with zero spend and dormant accounts through cold calling, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company's core product lines to maximize future opportunities.
2. Strategy Implementation: Adopt the Sales Guide and Company Strategy demonstrating best practices to the team.
3. Data and Feedback Collection: Gather information on competitors, market trends, and pharmacy services insights and report to Senior Business Development Manager.
4. Performance Targets: Achieve specified targets in call time, sales, gross profit, gross margin percentages, and onboarding new customers.
5. Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with newly acquired and existing independent pharmacies to facilitate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Other Requirements:
1. Travel: Willingness to travel to our Headoffice in Nottingham occasionally throughout the year for sales meetings and team building.
