As an Analytics Manager in the UK Analytics team, you will manage a team of 3-4 analysts focused on providing data and insights to improve our platform. In this role you will have the chance to own the analytics and reporting that underpin our day-to-day operations and support strategic initiatives aimed at driving trading performance across our UK business. The successful candidate will need to feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to identify, analyse, and drive outcomes that provide the most value in the shortest time frame.

* Implement the strategy for analytics in UK Strategic Accounts, to ensure strong trading performance.
* Define, plan and execute key analytical projects to step-change partner insight and drive significant business impact
* Ensure accuracy of reporting and consistency across partner metrics
* Establish a roadmap for test & learn within our commercial pricing initiatives.
* Establish good working relationships with stakeholders across the business to collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects, have a clear understanding of interdependencies and ensure features and priorities are fit for purpose.
* Manage a portfolio of analytics projects, including supervising and supporting other analysts to ensure quality delivery and hands on delivery of key strategic initiatives.
* Manage a team of analysts, guiding their career development.
What will you bring to the table?
* Proven experience managing an analytical team
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings (Advanced SQL knowledge is a requirement)
* Data visualisation experience, using Tableau or similar tools such as Looker, Power BI, Data Studio etc.
* Strong modelling and problem structuring skills, being able to tackle complex unstructured problems
* Solid quantitative and statistics knowledge, exposure to data science techniques/methodologies preferred
* Ability to multi-task across multiple work-streams.
