The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Team in Northwich as a National Account Manager for the OOH Channel.
Job Purpose: Support the sales controller to achieve stretching commercial KPIs by executing the commercial strategy in a number of accounts by developing collaborative partnerships with your customers.
What you will contribute:
1. Delivery of annual volume, GSV and margin targets for Wholesale OOH customers.
2. Input into the development of the sales channel business plan, aligned to company strategy and objectives, unlocking opportunities to deliver against all budget metrics within wholesale channel.
3. Negotiate and execute joint business plans integrating both Customer and FRS strategies and objectives to deliver profitable growth.
4. Ensure total business engagement in the delivery of activities and initiatives to deliver against FRS Customers strategies and objectives.
5. Proactive management of all key commercial relationships establishing strong collaborative working relationships.
6. Delivery of brand activation standards – distribution targets, share of shelf, NPD launches on time to expectations in Wholesale channel.
What you will bring:
1. Degree level education preferred.
2. Minimum 12 months sales experience including both branded and private label products in a FMCG environment.
3. Extensive experience of negotiating joint business plans with customers.
4. Understanding of, and ability to use, data and category management principles to deliver mutual beneficial solutions to FRS and its customer partners.
5. Proven ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders to implement new solutions to drive profitable growth.
6. Ability to manage complex relationships to deliver against commercial objectives.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, flexible between 7am - 6pm, 37.5 hours per week.
