Registry £26,880 - £30,777 per annum, pro rata Permanent 29.6 hours per week We are seeking to appoint a professional, highly organised and customer focussed individual to the Course Administration Team within the Registry Directorate. The NHS Learning Support Fund Administrator will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the NHS Learning Support Fund, in particular processing the training grant, student travel claims expenses and maintenance of associated records and data returns. You will be responsible for ensuring such activities are implemented and managed in a professional, effective and student focussed manner. The role will require collaboration with other professional services teams across the University. You will be organised, motivated and have a willing, flexible approach to support the team as required. You will also be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and be able to work successfully as part of a team, with the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships that support delivery of team objectives. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills, a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and to take a logical approach to problem solving to ensure that all tasks are executed in a timely manner, to deadline and to the highest of standards. It is essential to have experience of providing excellent customer service as well as administrative experience and working in a busy office environment.
