Role Overview:
As a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gearing, and restructuring, helping clients maximise value and achieve their objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, offering strategic solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Negotiate lease renewals for both landlords and tenants.
2. Advise on rent reviews, analysing market data to recommend optimal rental values.
3. Manage lease re-gearing and restructuring to enhance client outcomes.
4. Serve as an Expert Witness in arbitration, Independent Expert, and PACT referrals.
5. Stay current with market trends, legislation, and best practices in landlord and tenant matters.
What You’ll Need:
1. MRICS qualification.
2. Proven experience in landlord and tenant surveying with successful client results.
3. Strong Lease Advisory background.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Analytical skills to interpret lease documentation and market trends.
6. Proactive, solution-focused mindset, able to thrive under pressure.
7. Deep understanding of Landlord & Tenant Legislation.
