Job Purpose and Summary This role will be responsible for managing multiple teams to deliver best in class services, representing Canon onsite at prestigious customer premises in London.You will manage all CBS operational, business and financial performance aspects of the assigned accounts and teams through Team Leaders, maximising development of their skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for securing the ongoing revenue and profitability targets of new and existing CBS accounts by building and sustaining strong customer relationships and creating best in class operating models for all accounts through the effective management of site managers. Microsoft applications).Time management and organisational skills.People management skills.Operations Management experienceIndustry experience desirableAt least 2 years client relationship experience in a management roleWorking knowledge of all Document Management procedures and techniques. Including but not limited to: Digital and Traditional print; Document archive (hard and soft copy) and retrieval; Drawings control and management; Design and Marketing productsGood understanding of Mail and Courier servicesPresentation of verbal and written information to clients at all levels of an organization.Handling variable and conflicting business issues.Comprehensive experience and understanding print quality assurance processes.
