Responsibilities:
1. Coach the front and back of house teams.
2. Ensure our food offering is delivered to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and adhering to all food safety regulations.
3. Drive menu development and design across our catering offering.
4. Deliver on catering budgets (sales, margin, wages), constantly reviewing performance against these and act as needed to improve.
5. Review overall staffing requirements to ensure we deliver in line with budget.
6. Manage key supplier relationships (both internal and external) to drive efficiencies and to ensure continued great service.
7. Plan with the Head of Food up to 6 months in advance to cover new initiatives, merchandising, marketing campaigns, seasonal flux in business, and product sales.
8. Liaise across our total food departments and Marketing team to ensure a joint approach to our catering and food offerings.
9. Ensure there is an effective communication plan in place, through the Restaurant Managers, to ensure a smooth-running operation.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a catering role.

7. Strong at planning and organizing.
8. Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks.
