Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area at all times. Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a production or warehouse setting. Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A proactive attitude towards safety and quality assurance in all aspects of work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
