The service works with people between the ages of 14 - 65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis. We are looking for a qualified female nursing associate, who is motivated, enthusiastic, self-directed and keen to work alongside the MDT to improve the mental health and physical health of our service users, by working as part of our physical health team and providing timely, thorough wellbeing and physical health checks to our service users. You will be involved in the patient journey from assessment by offering gender sensitive physical health screening to improve health outcomes for our service users. The service delivers both managerial supervision and clinical supervision from specialist staff. Preferably you will have experience of working in a community setting with service users who have experienced mental health difficulties, but this is not essential.
