About the role
We seek an Electrical Senior Associate or Associate Director to join our team in Cardiff or our Southwest offices (Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol).
This is an exciting phase, including our move to a new Cardiff City Centre Office.

As a Senior Associate or Associate Director, you will lead large, complex projects, manage stakeholders, monitor metrics, motivate teams, seek efficiency improvements, and develop client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client and professional relationships to foster future opportunities.
* Contributing to bid preparations.
* Leading large schemes and coordinating disciplines as the main client contact.
* Ensuring profitability of projects.
* Representing disciplines at meetings.
* Developing and leading local teams.
* Delegating and overseeing work.
* Monitoring project budgets and reporting to management.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
