The Role: As a Management Accountant, you'll work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure strong financial processes and provide meaningful insights that support decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you'll have a real impact on commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and operational teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis. Assist in preparing key financial and commercial data, including invoice processing, revenue reconciliation, and general journal postings. Manage and maintain accurate schedules for key contract obligations, including per cap and commissions. Prepare financial review reports for senior stakeholders, providing valuable insights. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities, supporting client discussions with financial expertise. Lead key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate invoicing processes. Work closely with the FBP to understand and refine forecast assumptions. What We're Looking For: Finance/accounting experience in a similar role, ideally in the food/facilities sector. Studying towards or qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong proficiency in financial systems and Excel. Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
