The Access and Success team at Royal Holloway, University of London, is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer (Academic Skills) to cover a period of Maternity Leave for 9 months. The successful applicant will help support the team to deliver the frontline service.
We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, confident, and team-orientated individuals. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of administrative support and other specific tasks.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals. You will be expected to work on your own initiative and display a high level of attention to detail.
The hours of work are 35 hours a week, worked Monday to Friday. Core hours are 09:00-17:00. On rare occasions, work outside of these hours may be required, depending on the needs of the service, which may include some evening/weekends by prior agreement. This is a campus-based role with some opportunities for home working.
