Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' specific needs Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance students' learning experience Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods as needed Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students' educational needs are met Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the UK education system Familiarity with SEN policies and procedures Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN Working Conditions: Part-Time hours Temporary position Work in a school or educational setting Opportunity for flexible working hours All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
