General Manager- Land Rover Oxford
Hours: full time Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

The role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious General Manager to lead our Land Rover Oxford store to new heights! This is your chance to be part of a company that values its employees and rewards hard work.
As the General Manager at Land Rover Oxford, you will oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and the leadership of a dynamic, high-performance team. You’ll be responsible for driving both sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring targets are met, and fostering a culture of excellence. With your leadership, the store will continue to thrive and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Franchise Director this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the right candidate a chance to join a successful group with high employee engagement.
What you’ll do
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
* Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
* Oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget
* Set financial and growth objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
* Accurately finalise store reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
* Develop and roll out store marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives
* Support the store to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Ensure store activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements
Who you are
Given the nature of this role, it is preferred that you have previous experience as a General Manager level. Manufacturer experience or VAG Group experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential to the success of this role. In addition to your previous experience, we are seeking individuals who display the following attributes:
