Private Client Paralegal
£35,000 - £45,000 / St Albans Hybrid / Permanent
My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, is currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business.
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a similar support role, experience progressing client files, and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progress client files under team leadership's instruction and support with the drafting of Wills.
2. Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients.
3. Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team.
4. Maintain allocated cases to a certain standard, ensuring everything is kept up to date.
5. General administration for the team.
Essential Skills:
1. Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must.
2. Experience progressing client files.
3. Private client experience is essential.
4. Highly organised.
5. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
6. High level of professionalism.
Package:
£35,000 - £45,000

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:15pm
