Adecco, working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading organisation in the automotive sector, is seeking a Supplier Quality Senior Engineer to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract.
Role: Supplier Quality Senior Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Crewe (3 to 4 days a week onsite)
Hourly Rate: £27.88 - £31.10

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver parts quality planning tools in line with business targets, including risk assessments and reporting of QTR activities.
2. Conduct part maturation, approval, and capacity analysis, ensuring effective problem management with the supply base.
3. Drive actions to achieve quality targets on pre-series and series vehicles, identifying and escalating risks as necessary.
4. Monitor supplier performance measures, drive improvement initiatives, and solve problems using recognised techniques.
5. Provide support to the Supplier Quality Manager, assisting with key deliverables and operational activities.
Requirements:
1. Significant experience and knowledge of engineering across multiple commodities or as a specialist in one.
2. Demonstrable expertise in automotive supplier quality management.
3. Proven track record of quality planning and delivering QA standards.
4. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate convincingly at all levels.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and influence others.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline with extensive relevant experience.
2. Associate membership of a relevant professional institution.
3. Valid driving licence.
