About the role
* Manage a team of Pensions Administrators, delivering services above and beyond SLA's
* Oversee workflow, staff development and all aspects of staff management
* Look at processes and identify ways to improve services
* Take on more complex cases and provide technical support across the team
About you
* Proven experience of DB / DC Pension schemes
* Flexible on candidates level but must have previous people management experience
* Working knowledge of Pensions projects would be advantageous
