As the Executive Assistant, you will provide vital support to the CEO, managing their schedule, communications, travel arrangements, and special projects. Working Hours: Full-time (8.30am – 5pm), 2 days in office, 3 days remote
Flexible, but corporate experience required (not public sector)
Diary Management:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
Email Management:
Draft, proofread, and edit email correspondence.
Travel Arrangements:
Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare travel briefs and ensure all travel-related requirements are met.
Handle any travel-related issues or changes as they arise.
Event Planning:
Assist in planning and organising corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, and attendee management.
Office Administration:
Order office supplies and manage office resources.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
