Inc. replacing lightbulbs, faulty equipment cables, wiring, circuit breakers, fuses Reporting to the Group Maintenance Manager Taking responsibility and showing respect for your colleagues Acting as a first response to general maintenance across the group Ensuring our 14 restaurants operate smoothly and continue to support our hard-working restaurant teams to deliver exceptional quality food, drink, and service to our guests. Sourcing and identifying best cost-effective equipment Over-seeing installation of equipment and monitor ongoing quality control Confidently identify, assess, trouble shoot and solve reported maintenance issues Maintaining professional relationships with specialist external contractors, reviewing effectiveness of services provided Maintaining excellent relationships with department managers, and employees at all levels within Harts Group, being approachable and capable Report to Management for specialist contractor call outs for; catering, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and drainage as required Confidently use office software, online maintenance and reporting software, email, and calendar applications Provide out of hours attendance or assistance for urgent queries as required Work with our inhouse reporting system Pronett Demonstratable skills in General Construction practices Basic carpentry works, fix doors and locks, install door closures, etc Plumbing repairs/leak finding, faulty taps/sinks, waste pipes Underground drainage blockages and subsequent clearance via rodding/etc General building fabric repairs Repair or advise replacement of general hardware IT infrastructure problem solving/repair: faulty data cabling/date outlets/etc Painting and decorating skills Attend to members of staff promptly when called upon Ability to identify and repair a reported maintenance problem Good understanding of verbal and written English Adherence to Health & Safety standards always Strong command of English language Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues Apply for the Maintenance Manager role today and a dedicated member of our talent team will be in touch
