About the role
Connex Education works with multi-academy trusts such as Flying High Trust to provide supply staff. We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work full-time or part-time in various primary schools. Your role will involve supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one with students who need extra help.
Roles are available for immediate start, with both short-term and long-term positions.
Person Specification
* Experience working with children in a school, care, or nursery setting is beneficial.
* Transferable skills such as communication, patience, and adaptability.
* Compassionate and caring approach to working with children.
* Positive attitude towards education.
* Ability to build rapport and engage with young people.
