Job description: Customer Service Manager Full-Time Permanent East Kilbride We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our Mller Milk & Ingredientsbusiness. The successful candidate will ensure that customer needs are not only met but exceeded, aiming to provide excellent customer service. This role involves guiding the team to achieve set goals and driving service improvements in alignment with our supply network setup. Main Responsibilities: Embed a high-performance culture through effective coaching, development, and performance management. Take full ownership of day-to-day order management and contingency planning, with regular alignment with IT, Commercial, Planning & Logistics. Regularly review team goal progress, focusing on continuous improvement, and empower the team while providing guidance and support. Contribute effectively within the Customer Operations leadership and wider team, supporting the delivery of the Operational Excellence program and functional & business goals. Oversee resource planning to ensure sufficient cover 7 days a week. Support and represent the Customer Operations team at relevant internal meetings with cross-functional teams, relating to daily service, and provide subsequent coverage. Key Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with demanding KPIs. Proficiency in SAP, AS400, and COGNOS. Good understanding of internal and external supply chains for product supply to retailers within FMCG is desirable. Significant experience in leading and developing a team. Ability to scope system requirements. Strong team management skills. Customer service and product supply chain experience. Good Excel skills. Numerate with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
