Key Responsibilities for the Care Assistant Role Provide personal care and support to Clients in line with their care plan. Assist Clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility. Build positive relationships with Clients and their families, offering empathy and support. Maintain accurate records of care provided, changes observed, and ensure ongoing communication with the Field and Office Teams. Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a supportive and seamless care delivery. Ensure Client dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
