This role will provide insights, analysis and reporting for YBS's planning team and their stakeholders.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for creating and optimising operational reports and dashboards, working with the planning team to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to key stakeholders across YBS.
This is a key role within our Customer Service Operational Support Team and you will work closely with both the planning team and the insights and analysis team. The insights and reporting you provide will help to identify trends, highlight key operational metrics and drive performance for our customer facing teams. You will use your analytical skillset to identify opportunities for improvement and to drive operational efficiency.
In this role you will use various tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, PowerBI in this role so a strong background in these areas is desirable. A knowledge of data cleaning and data architecture is also desirable. As you will be working closely with planning, experience in resource planning is key for this role.
You will be able to work confidently individually and with a team and will engage with and collaborate with stakeholders across YBS.
About you
You’ll be someone who is committed to providing great customer service, has plenty of analytical experience and has a good understanding of resource planning. Alongside this you’ll;

* Have Experience of analysing data to surface themes and trends
* Be a great communicator with excellent influencing skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
