Job Title: People Services Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our People Services team in Bolton on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
* Provide expert advice over the phone, handle tasks through our case management system, Help, or efficiently deal with email inquiries.
* Monitor and quality-check tasks that support our business processes.
* Assist in the administration of vital business projects in our HR system, MyWorkday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer calls that come into the People Services team, providing advice and help.
* Manage a portfolio of cases in Help.
* Administer People Services tasks and processes.
* Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to leaders, People Services, and the business as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service telephone-based role.
* Proven administration skills.
* Customer-focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing while conducting yourself in a professional manner.
