Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 + SEN Allowance

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
✅ Delivering a bespoke curriculum to children with autism, ADHD, and speech/language needs
✅ Planning individualised lessons in small class settings
✅ Collaborating with a multi-agency team including therapists and behaviour specialists
✅ Participating in a CPD programme tailored to SEN expertise
✅ Contributing to school development through leadership or specialist roles over time

Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ UK qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE, ECT welcome)
