Responsibilities
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting visitors, students, and staff. You will manage building access and support switchboard operations. Responsibilities include handling financial transactions, assisting with event planning and promotions, and supporting the enrolment process. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and feedback, track attendance, and ensure the efficient functioning of administrative tasks within the department.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills, who can multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment. Experience in basic IT tools, such as Microsoft Office, is required. Flexibility and a collaborative team mindset are essential for success in this role, as you will be supporting a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. A genuine interest in education and a willingness to learn are also crucial for thriving in this fast-paced, dynamic position.
