We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker to work across 2 of our services in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

What you’ll be doing:
* Support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence.
* Maintain a high level of support required for the service needs.
* Personal care will be required.
* Participate and be enthusiastic about the individuals' likes and wants.
* Provide support throughout the night, including routine checks and assisting if someone wakes up unsettled.
* Work within a residential setting with adults who may have learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
Who you are:
* Passionate about supporting others and making a difference in their everyday lives.
* Flexible, as shift patterns are 12-13 hours per shift.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Possess a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
* Driver preferred.
