Job Title: Marketing Director
Location: Near Falmouth
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
This pivotal role involves developing and implementing the brand strategy to enhance the establishments market position, influencing all aspects of its brand identity and defining its essence.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for promoting and positioning the establishment, supervising content creation, publishing, and distributing through various channels to bolster sales, marketing, and operational efforts.
The Marketing Director will lead all marketing, partnerships, and guest experience activities in collaboration with the operational, sales, and revenue teams to create innovative marketing strategies. This role will involve curating digital, PR, and marketing content to ensure the establishments stories reach the appropriate audiences in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in brand management and a successful history of driving brand growth, particularly within the hospitality industry.
This is a full-time permanent director’s position within a well-established company offering an annual salary between £50,000 - £60,000 plus company benefits.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
• Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that result in revenue growth.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in utilising various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Creative thinker with exceptional analytical capabilities to translate insights into effective strategies.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and deep knowledge of luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
• Provide strategic guidance at the executive level, alongside the board of directors, regarding the establishment’s expansion plans and business strategy as a representative of the marketing department.
• Create and implement innovative marketing strategies and brand-centred growth initiatives to enhance the resort's market visibility.
• Oversee all marketing functions, covering Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, and Digital/E-commerce, to ensure they are in line with the company's goals and values.
• Promote the company in a professional manner by coordinating and participating in client events and networking opportunities.
• Ensure that a cohesive brand narrative is effectively communicated to diverse audiences, utilising the resort's market history to enhance its visibility and reputation.
• Oversee the team in tracking and assessing performance and provide suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
