Roles and Responsibilities of a Field Care Supervisor
* Providing personal care duties
* Administering medication
* Manual handling, using equipment where required
* Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
* Supporting our care team in their work in the community
* Liaising with the office team and field care team
Your Experience and Suitability for the Field Care Supervisor Role
In this role you will need domiciliary care experience. We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers and are supportive to their colleagues.
Although you'll be experienced, we’ll ensure you have all the right training and development to excel in this role.
You must have:
* Full and valid UK driving licence
* Access to a car
* 2 year's experience working in domiciliary care
* Right to work in the UK
* Live within 20 minutes' drive of our office at Belper
