Closing Date : 24/04/2025 16:00 This position is to work night shifts only CANDIDATES SUBMITTED WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS AND WILL NEED TO HAVE CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE OR AN UNDERSTANDING OF SOCIAL CARE WITH THE ELDERLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES WILL BE REJECTED. As part of the Carelink team the candidates will be expected to undertake the following duties • Call handling duties • Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided) • carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community. Due to the nature of the role some parts of the shift will be office based and other parts will require candidates to respond to customers in their own homes during the night. The candidate will be working • x 5 7.24 hour shifts on a rolling rota basis including weekends and bank holidays The candidate will be expected to • Work 23:00 > 07:00 am on a rolling rota • Position is for a 12-week period • All candidates will be required to have an enhanced Adults DBS • All candidates must hold a full driving license and have a roadworthy vehicle for work purposes for which mileage will be paid
