Customer Advisor
Chelmsford / Wickford location – Car driver required due to location
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 plus monthly bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office based full time. – Free parking available!
I am recruiting for an expanding company based on the outskirts of Chelmsford. The company owns eight different depots across the country and this vacancy is within their modern, newly renovated offices between Wickford and Chelmsford.
They are looking for someone with a confident telephone manner to join their hire team, working together to deliver excellent customer service in the new business department.
Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the first point of contact, interact with customers and answer incoming calls.
2. Assist with the completion of a contact form or online chat.
3. Help with processing hire enquiries.
We are looking for candidates who ideally have office-based and telephone-based customer service experience, or someone who has been in an administrative role that involved telephone work.
If you have worked in retail or the care sector but had customer/client interaction on the phone, this would also be considered for the right person. Full training is provided!
You will be working in a busy environment that involves a high level of incoming telephone work, plus the option of earning a monthly bonus just for doing your job!
