What You Can Offer
* Educated to Degree level
* Experience in delivering business growth through effective strategic leadership and operational management in a medium-sized, multi-stakeholder organisation
* Proven track record in financial management and budget oversight with experience in commercial bid and tender processes
* Demonstrated success in leading organisational change and process improvement
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
* Excellent people and service management skills with expertise in customer service management and help desk operations
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach. Track record of successful business growth and client retention with strong presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to build, develop and lead high-performing teams
We're also keen on
* Experience in the schools and MAT market.
* Experience of delivering consulting and support services to schools and multi-academy trusts
* Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and public sector pension schemes, especially the education sector
* Experience with payroll software and services
* Knowledge of current issues affecting the education sector and relevant government policies
