Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated individual with accounts management experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, payments, and receipts
* Reconcile bank statements and accounts
* Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
* Process and manage supplier invoices and payments
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain accounts receivable records
* Manage employee expense claims and reimbursements
* Prepare financial documents for audits and maintain organised filing systems
* Support Management Accountant and Finance Managers in daily operations
* Assist with accounts preparation
* Post cash book, purchase and sales ledger transactions
Requirements:
* Previous exposure to finance operations
* Good Excel skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Full Time, Permanent Role
