In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely support through phone, email, and live chat. Your main tasks will include answering customer questions, processing orders, and managing customer accounts. The role requires solving problems quickly and keeping customers happy.The ideal candidate will have:- Excellent Communication Skills: Able to convey information clearly and professionally in both writing and speaking.- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable, able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.- Attention to Detail: Careful in handling customer information and processing transactions correctly.- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinker who can resolve issues efficiently.- Experience in Customer Service: Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
