Operations Accountant
Our Operations Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations at our West Midlands Office.

With exceptional attention to detail, you, as an Operations Accountant, will act as a central function of the Worcester/Oldbury teams at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the creation of annual budgets and forecasting.
* Ensure accurate accounting of all cash movements, maintaining transparency and precision in records.
* Exercise control over intercompany transactions to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
* Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audit processes.
* Engage with management and operational teams to provide financial analysis, support, and recommendations.
* Seek process efficiencies and opportunities to maximise profitability.
What You’ll Need:
* Finance Qualification such as CIMA, or ACCA.
* Proven experience in management and financial accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and excellent excel skills.
* Driving License.
This is an office-based role and would require the successful Operations Accountant to attend Monday-Friday at Units 1C-1D Pearsall Drive, Oldbury, B69 5EN or Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
