We are excited to be recruiting a permanent Events and Marketing Manager for our client based in Portrush & Antrim, this is a full-time role, for which full training will be given. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing operations between two holiday sites in Antrim and Portrush. About the role: ? Annual Salary: £35,000 -£38,000 (Depending on experience) ? Location: Portrush/Antrim ? Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs p/wk ? Duration: Permanent Job Duties: ? Deliver a successful Seasonal Engaging Events & Activities Program ? Develop and build upon Peak Seasonal Events-Easter, Halloween and Christmas ? Project management of each event to ensure it is planned and executed well ? Help grow brand awareness and bookings ? Ensure that your team is complying with all health and safety procedures and safe systems of work ? Assist in the general operational business of the company including the supervision, training and development of staff to ensure a quality service to customers. What We Need From You ? Full driving licence ? Minimum of 2 years experience in managing and delivering events, entertainment programmes in a leisure setting (or similar customer focused setting). ? Previous management experience with recruitment and managing staff ? Must like working outdoors and be confident working at height. ?
