What the Job Involves As a Social Care Worker, you will provide safe and person-centered care and support to adults at risk, ensuring all needs are met in line with individual support plans and risk assessments. Further responsibilities include traveling with and transporting service users safely, using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs appropriately. You will adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, using equipment as trained, and maintain vigilance over workplace safety issues.
