The Role – Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be accountable for the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your role will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates whilst also liaising efficiently and meeting client needs. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Proactively sourcing candidates and filtering through applicants to identify the most suitable prospects.
2. Building talent pools of suitable candidates, keeping in regular contact to ensure they have a good understanding of the process and opportunities.
3. Conducting telephone, Zoom, or in-person interviews to identify the most suitable applicants.
4. Ensuring the recruitment process is professional and delivers a positive employer experience.
5. Meeting placement revenue targets and key performance indicators, both individually and as a team.
6. Updating and maintaining the Hill Robinson Database with client, candidate, and job information.
What experience does a Recruitment Consultant need to have?
1. Experience in maritime or superyacht recruitment.
2. Understanding of the superyacht industry.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships, with strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
