Job Description
As our next Breakfast Supervisor
Are you passionate about guest interaction, Food and Beverage? As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
What you will be doing:
* Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
* Ensure the Breakfast & Conference Service is run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
* Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
* Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Breakfast team.
* Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
* Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
* Oversee the setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas, including buffet stations and dining rooms.
* Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Conduct regular quality checks on food items, presentation, and service standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience, particularly for VIP guests and special events.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve breakfast service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
* Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything Food and Beverage.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
* Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations would be advantageous.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
