Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Design and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and exceed targets.
Set and monitor clear sales objectives to ensure targets are met.
Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and strategic goals.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to proactively engage in the market.
Identify and leverage new market opportunities to increase market share.Team Development and Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled sales team.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to inspire the team and maximise sales potential.
Oversee outbound call quality, providing feedback to ensure high standards and sales effectiveness.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform random checks on documentation and CRM data to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Manage and optimise the CRM system.
