About the Role
I’m hiring on behalf of my client for a Training Administrator to join their growing Learning & Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in organising and coordinating training that ensures employees are safe,
skilled, and successful in their roles.
As a Training Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating compliance, core, and specialist training, both in-house and external
Managing relationships with training providers, booking venues, and issuing joining instructions
Overseeing eLearning programs and tracking completion rates
Supporting new starters with training requirements and maintaining accurate records
Handling general training administration and enquiriesWhat We’re Looking For✅ Previous experience in training administration or a similar role
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Experience using HR software (HRIS/HRLMS) and Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Desirable (but not essential):
✔ Knowledge of training requirements in construction, engineering, or logistics
✔ Familiarity with LGV Driver CPC, CSCS card schemes, or FORS requirements
