This role involves teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and passionate educator, ready to inspire and engage students with their passion for Maths. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, ensuring alignment with national curriculum standards. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to foster student achievement. Develop and use a variety of teaching materials and approaches to suit different learning styles and maximize student engagement. Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to the development of the Maths curriculum and sharing best practices. Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respects diversity. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational research and pedagogy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
