Internal Account Manager
Location: Devizes
Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 5.30pm (Office based)
Friday - 8.30am to 1.30pm (Home working - Hybrid)
Type: Full time - Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager to join our growing client based in Devizes.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Responsible and full ownership of Internal Accounts
2. Order Management
3. Complete ownership of the order process.
4. Generate Purchase Orders / Sales Orders.
5. Manage and interpret customer forecasts.
6. Understand and provide customer status reports.
7. Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
8. Responsible for varying stock models
9. Aged Stock Control
10. Administration tasks
11. Working with all KAM's - external sales team
12. Assisted Customer visits
13. Build strong relationships with all customers
14. Liaise with customer on all aspects of the account management and coordinate and prioritise all customer enquiries
Required Experience & Qualifications:
1. Competent in using Excel (lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
2. Microsoft Dynamics - D365 is essential
3. Customer Centric
4. Previous sales experience
5. Experience of working within a team
6. Able to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
